Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

When your order ships

SkyBuds sell on pre-order. The current shipping window is shown on the product page and at checkout when you order. The day your SkyBud leaves our US warehouse, we email you a tracking number.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, delays caused by the carrier or by weather are outside our control, but email us if a package seems stuck and we will chase it down.

Shipping rates

US shipping is free on orders over $190. For orders under $190, the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Changed your mind before it ships?

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, including shipping. See our Refund Policy for details, or visit getskybuds.com/pages/cancel-order.

Wrong or outdated address

If you need to change your shipping address, email hello@getskybuds.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@getskybuds.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
