How do I set up my SkyBud?
Setting up your SkyBud is easy! Simply download the SkyBuds app, create an account, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device via WiFi.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your SkyBud, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
SkyBuds sell on pre-order and current orders ship September 2026. You'll get tracking the day yours leaves our US warehouse, and delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days after that. US shipping is free on orders over $200, and you can cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund.
Is the app required to use SkyBuds?
You'll use the free SkyBuds app (iOS and Android) for the quick setup and parent controls. The app launches together with your SkyBud, so it will be ready the day your order arrives.
