SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

The SkyBuds SMS program (the "Program") is operated by Firefly Jar, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). When you opt in, we send recurring marketing and informational text messages about your SkyBud — including order and shipping updates, production and launch news, founding-family offers, and occasional behind-the-scenes content.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our quiz or sign-up forms, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from SkyBuds at the number provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You also confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and are at least 18 years old.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 8 messages per month, though the actual number may be higher or lower depending on your activity and the news we have to share.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. SkyBuds does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending marketing texts. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to an existing order. To rejoin, simply opt in again through one of our forms.

6. Help — Reply HELP

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.

8. Eligibility

The Program is available to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information will never be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All other categories of information are handled as described in that policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
