How the chats are kept
Recordings use random codes. A restricted account lookup links them to your consent so you can review or delete them.
Deleted after 24 months, or within 30 days if you withdraw.
Used for the purposes in your consent statement. Never sold or used for advertising.
Only trained members of our own team listen. The Privacy Policy lists the service providers that process information for us.

Why does this help?
Why can't Ash understand kids already?
Children have their own ways of saying things. Their voices, pronunciation and pace can be different from adults. Ash needs to hear real kids to learn how they talk.
Does my kid need to get things right?
No. There is no score. A kid who says "wabbit" is giving Ash exactly what it needs. Stop any time, and the minutes left are saved for next time.
What happens in a chat?
Ash asks questions, shows pictures, and plays little word games. Up to an hour in total per family. A parent can check available rewards below.
